Delivery Expert responsible for face-to-face customer service while delivering pizzas. Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, promoting products and specials, collecting cash and credit card payments, memorizing procedures, using a computer-based order entry system, and maintaining accuracy with quality standards. Must exhibit urgency, maintain grooming and uniform standards, work as part of a team, and operate a vehicle in compliance with state/federal laws. Must be 18+, possess a California driver license with proof of insurance, have a reliable vehicle, be able to lift up to 20 pounds, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with cash handling, tipping culture, and customer interaction is a plus.
