Job Summary
Check products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver pizzas to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation, receive and process telephone orders, and handle sensitive customer information responsibly. Navigate the designated delivery area using maps to locate addresses, including multi-story buildings and private homes. Operate all equipment, clean the facility daily, and assist with closing duties like cleaning. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary. Work as part of a team, supporting other workstations and completing assigned duties including making quality products and preparing ingredients.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have 2 years driving experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- A reliable vehicle that gets good gas mileage
- Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Must be able to safely interact with customers at their homes
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Must have verbal, written and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Must have motor coordination between eyes and hands/finders to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
- Must be able to safely interact with customers at their homes
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Must have a valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
