Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area using an insured vehicle and valid driver's license. Navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, and varying weather conditions while carrying products weighing up to 50 pounds. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler, prepare product, and process telephone and in-person orders. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Operate all equipment, make correct monetary change, and enter orders via computer or touch screen. Work varying hours based on store needs, with training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to communicate and interact respectfully and effectively with people across cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
