Job Summary
Deliver orders safely and efficiently by car to customers' doors while distributing flyers and door hangers to promote the business. Navigate maps to locate addresses in multi-story buildings and challenging terrain, carrying pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing stairs up to five flights. Operate a vehicle responsibly during every shift, maintaining good far and night vision for safe driving in varying and adverse weather conditions. Provide friendly and professional service on every delivery. This role requires a valid driver's license with a safe record, minimum two years of driving experience, and access to an insured vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
- Minimum of 2 years with a valid driver's license
- Proof of car insurance in your name
- Declaration page confirming coverage under someone else's policy if insurance is not in your name
- Commercial coverage
- Good far vision
- Good night vision
- Ability to navigate multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
- Ability to handle and deliver product in various weather conditions
- Ability to navigate stairs, sometimes up to five flights, during deliveries
- Forward bending at the waist for tasks like pizza assembly, stocking ingredients, and assisting customers
- Stooping for 30-45 seconds at a time, repeated throughout the day
- Crouching or squatting occasionally for tasks such as cleaning low areas or stocking shelves
- Frequent and continuous reaching in all directions (up, down, forward)
- Occasionally reaching above 72 inches to adjust oven controls, update signage, or stock shelves
- Frequent forward reaching to clean, handle toppings, or answer phones
- Eye-hand coordination
- Continuous use of hands for tasks like shaping pizza dough, assembling boxes, or handling pizza peels and cutters
- Forceful use of forearms, wrists, and hands
- Use of computers, telephones, calculators, pizza cutters, pizza peels, and other tools required for food preparation and delivery
- Deliver orders by car and to the customer's door
