Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and flyers within a designated area by car, navigating multi-story buildings and adverse terrain while carrying product up to 50 pounds. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, and prepare product for customers. Receive and process telephone orders, enter data using a computer or touch screen, and make correct monetary change. Clean equipment and facility daily, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Maintain a safe driving record with access to an insured vehicle, utilizing navigational skills to locate addresses and handle varying weather conditions during delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Far vision and night vision for driving
