Job Summary
Deliver pizzas and other products to customers within the designated Suffolk area using a personal vehicle. Accurately process phone orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while adhering to food safety standards and traffic laws. Perform basic equipment maintenance, restock supplies, and assist with additional in-store tasks such as food preparation or cleaning as needed. Maintain a positive demeanor and provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and special requests. Requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, strong navigation skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of Suffolk area and strong navigation skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including order entry and GPS navigation
- Physical stamina to lift and carry deliveries (up to 25 pounds)
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Desired Qualifications

- Previous experience in food delivery or customer service (preferred)
