Job Summary
Delivery Experience Supervisor (Last Mile) responsible for auditing delivery drivers, training delivery teams, and monitoring KPI and customer service metrics. The role conducts route audits, develops and updates delivery training materials, ensures adherence to SOPs, assists in onboarding delivery partners and customers, tracks safety training, and drives improvements in NPS and operational performance. Requires a college diploma in a related field, at least 3 years in home delivery, knowledge of OHSA/MTO regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; preferred experience as an owner-operator and strong ability to audit, train, document compliance, and collaborate with compliance, dock teams, and partners to uphold brand and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or closely related field
- Minimum 3 years of Home Delivery experience
- Past Owner Operator experience would be an asset
- Sound knowledge of the Occupation Health and Safety Act and MTO regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Office, Excel, Power Point, and other related software
- Minimum 5 years clean drivers abstract
- Transportation Industry experience is preferred
