Job Summary
Lead client-facing discovery, design, and implementation of Deal Service solutions by gathering requirements, presenting delivery plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, and Product Management. Conduct comprehensive requirement sessions to define client use cases and infrastructure, then document artifacts and validate service accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Manage the full delivery pipeline from kickoff to validation while seeking upsell opportunities and optimizing processes based on partner and client feedback. Provide weekend rotational on-call support for active client projects. This role sits within the Delivery Deal Services team, facilitating M&A, Alternative Investments, and Banking & Securities markets for a Fortune 1000 technology leader.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in business management, Financial Information Systems, or another related field
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Project Management role and/or Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales type customer success or customer-facing role
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box
- Interface with customers, colleagues, management, and project stakeholders, as needed, to ensure overall project success
- Detail and goal oriented
- Understands financial markets (e.g. M&A, Corporate, Loans, Asset Management, Private Equity, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Business Analyst experience is a plus
- Project management certification desired (e.g. PMP, CSM, APM, CompTIA)
- Optimally, has a balanced combination of large corporate and small, entrepreneurial company backgrounds
- French, German, or Spanish speaking is nice to have, in support of our EMEA Geo
