Job Summary
Map the end-to-end partner delivery lifecycle from technical pre-sales through implementation and go-live, identifying bottlenecks to improve efficiency and quality. Create and maintain implementation guides, best-practice templates, and collateral while evaluating tools to automate tasks and enhance reporting. Track key performance indicators, distilling data into actionable insights to drive team and leadership performance. Define and facilitate operational rituals such as pipeline reviews and retrospectives, while designing training programs for new hires and ongoing alignment. Manage the rollout of new processes and tools to ensure successful adoption, serving as the key link between the Delivery Team and other Wise functions.
