Job Summary
Load, secure, and transport automotive glass and related materials safely to customers on an assigned route. Deliver products ensuring accuracy and timeliness while operating company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws. Accurately pick, pack, and load orders, then unload and assist customers to ensure items arrive undamaged. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed for inventory checks and material organization. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintain accurate delivery records, and follow safety protocols to prevent product damage. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, dispatch, and customers. Valid driver's license, DOT certification, and ability to lift 75 pounds required. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required. Compensation is $22/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Medical DOT certification
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds regularly
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn how to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Overtime and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery driving experience, preferably handling fragile materials
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in loading, securing, and delivering products
