Job Summary
Drive delivery trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times, carefully unloading products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand into designated customer storage areas. Verify delivery accuracy with customers, obtain proper signatures, and handle collections and payments when applicable. Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and professionally execute customer service responsibilities to enhance the client experience. This role requires a valid CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and at least six months of commercial driving experience. Applicants must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse and possess the physical ability to lift 20 to 80+ lbs. The expected base rate is $32.70/hour, with overtime and a retention bonus available. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
- Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records
- Must register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse
