Job Summary
Delivery Driver responsible for delivering outgoing orders on assigned routes from the facility to customers with timely, friendly service. Responsibilities include loading and verifying orders, planning efficient routes, using Jump Track delivery software and tablet to capture proof of delivery, ensuring loads are secure, handling outgoing paperwork, processing returns, communicating with Customer Service and management, and maintaining vehicle and safety standards. Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, operating warehouse equipment as needed, and working in a fast-paced environment while upholding TSRC’s values and confidentiality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- CDL credentials if needed for the type of vehicles assigned to the route
- High School Diploma is considered but not required
- 3 years’ prior delivery route experience or equivalent preferred but not required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to follow directions and safety guidelines
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of small package delivery procedures and truck maintenance
