Delivery Driver / Supervisor role at Round Table Pizza combines shift leadership with delivery responsibilities. You will oversee daily shift operations, ensure guest service and food safety standards, assist with opening/closing procedures, lead team members, and deliver orders safely and professionally. Responsibilities include leading and supporting team members on assigned shifts, maintaining operational standards, resolving guest concerns, handling cash/transactions, and representing the restaurant during deliveries. Qualifications include 18+ years old with 2+ years of driving experience, valid driver’s license with clean record, auto insurance and reliable vehicle; prior restaurant or leadership experience preferred; strong communication and guest service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
