Job Summary
Load, secure, and transport merchandise safely while ensuring all items are clean and in excellent condition prior to delivery. Follow the delivery schedule in a timely manner, offload products, and demonstrate merchandise to customers with a positive attitude. Perform routine service calls, handle product exchanges, and assist with merchandise returns, including cleaning and certifying returned items. Safely operate company vehicles and assist in maintaining the showroom floor and warehouse. Occasionally assist with collections and field marketing programs. Maintain a professional appearance, possess a valid driver's license with a good record, and be available Monday through Saturday for 8-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain professional appearance and attire
- Good communication skills & positive attitude
- Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Able to lift, carry, load, unload and install home furnishings, appliances and electronics
- Prolonged driving and standing during the work day
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
- Basic furniture, appliance, home electronics installation/removal
- Must be available for weekend shifts
