Job Summary
Load, package, transport, and deliver cannabis items to clients accurately, safely, and timely while maintaining full compliance with all transportation and cannabis laws. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and correct charges, then accept payments and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling complaints. Adhere strictly to assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures while using a handheld device for map routing and order fulfillment. Maintain a clean driving record, safeguard company equipment, and communicate effectively with on-site and support teams. Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
- Open availability
- Valid California Driver's license
- Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous delivery driving experience
- Previous Cannabis experience
