Job Summary

Load, package, transport, and deliver items to clients accurately, safely, and timely while reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and correct charges. Accept payments for delivered items, answer questions, and handle complaints to provide excellent customer service. Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and all transportation and Cannabis compliance laws. Use a handheld device for map routing, order fulfillment, and customer outreach while communicating effectively with On-Site and Support teams. Safeguard company operating equipment and maintain full compliance with regulations. This part-time role (up to 30 hours/week) primarily schedules the 5:45 PM – 10:30 PM shift. Company-issued vehicles are available for use during shifts.

Required Qualifications

Valid California Driver's license
Clean Driving Record for the past 3 years
Must be over 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience
Open availability required
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
