Job Summary
Deliver mattresses to customers using climate-controlled trucks while maintaining a team environment with a partner. Communicate product features and benefits to lead customers toward a great first night of proven, quality sleep. Become a trusted, successful "Sleep Expert" by making connections with a diverse array of customers. Represent the premiere brand and deliver adjustable firmness, pressure relief, and temperature-balancing comfort. This role offers base rates starting at $20.75 an hour with an opportunity to earn up to an extra $400 monthly through the Incentive Program. Eligible team members receive a FREE Sleep Number bed, paid on-the-job training, and robust benefits including medical, dental, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
