Job Summary
Deliver Sleep Number mattresses to customer locations while representing the brand and ensuring quality sleep experiences. Communicate product features and benefits to diverse customers, becoming a trusted "Sleep Expert" who fosters strong connections. Lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with a partner, maintaining a team environment during delivery. Work in a climate-controlled truck with paid, on-the-job training. Base rates start at $20.75 per hour with an opportunity to earn up to $400 monthly through the incentive program.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
