Job Summary
Deliver mattresses to customers using climate-controlled trucks while representing the Sleep Number brand and ensuring a great first night of sleep. Communicate product features and benefits to diverse customers, becoming a trusted Sleep Expert who fosters connections and leads to a successful delivery experience. Lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with a partner, maintaining a team environment throughout the route. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift heavy items, and customer-facing experience. Base rates start at $20.75 per hour with an opportunity to earn an extra $400 monthly through the Incentive Program.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
