Job Summary
Deliver mattresses to customer locations while representing the Sleep Number brand and ensuring quality sleep experiences. Communicate product features and benefits to diverse customers, becoming a trusted Sleep Expert. Lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with a partner, maintaining a team environment delivery approach. Work in a climate-controlled truck with paid, on-the-job training. Base rates start at $25.00 an hour with an opportunity to earn up to $400/month through the Monthly Incentive Program.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
