Job Summary
Deliver mattresses and sleep wellness products to customers using climate-controlled trucks in a team environment with a partner. Lead the customer experience by communicating product features, becoming a trusted Sleep Expert, and making connections with diverse customers. Lift and carry up to 200+ lbs with partner assistance while representing the brand and ensuring quality delivery. Maintain identification for military base access and complete paid on-the-job training. Base rates start at $20.75 an hour with an opportunity to earn up to $400 monthly through incentives. Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
