Job Summary
Deliver meals promptly, safely, and with professionalism. Represent Chick-fil-A’s hospitality and care with every delivery. Ensure order accuracy and communicate clearly with guests. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and maintained for operational excellence. Support Front of House tasks between deliveries (dining room upkeep, restocking, greeting guests, order prepping, etc.). Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, dress code, and guest service standards. Perform additional duties as needed to support the team. Position offers 30+ hours/week and may be filled as full-time or part-time. A company vehicle is provided for deliveries and the base pay starts at $11/hour plus tips. Must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable smartphone with GPS and data plan required
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Consistent, dependable, and punctual
- Friendly, respectful, and guest-focused
- Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions
