Job Summary
Deliver mattresses and sleep wellness products to customers using climate-controlled trucks while working as part of a team with a partner. Represent the Sleep Number brand by communicating product features, becoming a trusted Sleep Expert, and ensuring a great first night of proven quality sleep. Lead the customer experience from delivery to long-term support, maintaining a connection with a diverse array of customers. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 200+ lbs with assistance, and specific identification for military base access. Base rates start at $21.75 an hour with an opportunity to earn up to $400 monthly through incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver's license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
