Job Summary
Delivery Driver for Dead River on a seasonal schedule (Oct–Apr) with home nightly routes across ME, NH, VT, MA, and NY. Role requires at least 1 year of driving experience and a CDL; hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required (assistance to obtain provided). Responsibilities include safe, customer-focused deliveries in all weather, weekend availability during the heating season, and operating within a company that offers weekly pay, benefits, boot allowance, uniforms, paid holidays, and PTO. Openings at multiple locations (Bernardston, Northampton, West Springfield in MA) with emphasis on safety and reliability in a highly seasonal, on-call delivery environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a driver
- CDL
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, not required - we'll help you to obtain!
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Confidence making deliveries in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work Saturdays during the heating season
