Job Summary
Conduct delivery and service for assigned accounts as primary backup when regular drivers are absent. Operate delivery equipment including pallet jacks, dock-levelers, and trucks while performing routine vehicle maintenance. Resolve customer complaints, collect payments, and prepare invoices. Restock displays and coolers, maintain product rotation, and adhere to overage policies. Confer with supervisors to address market activity and potential overages. Maintain safe driving records and comply with all traffic laws. Follow dress code, safety procedures, and company policies while attending scheduled meetings.
Required Qualifications
- CDL-A License
- ABC Beer permit
- driving record (MVR) within Company Driving Points Policy
- Basic training in an office or operations
- Knowledge of basic office software and office technology, or warehouse/delivery technology
- Equivalent to 1-3 practical trades or training
- Over 3 months up to and including 6 months
- Internal candidates must have a recommendation from their manager or department head
