Job Summary
Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required for pickup and delivery processes, transporting gear to customers and between dealer facilities. Prepare equipment for demonstration, rental, or sale, instruct customers on basic operating procedures, and ensure proper tie-down to prevent damage. Complete all reports, obtain signatures, maintain DOT certifications, and account for time and distance traveled. Wash and prep equipment for service or return, coordinate pallets and planter stands, and submit weekly fuel and maintenance receipts. Adhere to all safety rules, OSHA, and DOT regulations while managing customer interactions and back truck combinations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate vehicles, tools, and equipment used in pickup and delivery process
- 1+ year(s) experience as a pickup and delivery driver
- Must be effective at time management
- Must be able to back truck/trailer combinations at acceptable levels
- Must be able to communicate effectively and positively with customer and dealership personnel as an ambassador for the dealership
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Squatting, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting and repetitive keyboarding for long duration of time
- Working with PC, manuals, and close detailed work
- Occasional – Short and long distances
- Ability to grasp and manipulate standard tools and office equipment

- Have a basic understanding of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations
