Job Summary
Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete assigned delivery routes across Western PA, Northern WV, and into OH, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of fresh floral products. Load and unload products while maintaining quality, use equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners, and partner with warehouse team members to ensure order accuracy. Provide professional customer service during deliveries, follow assigned routes using GPS or maps, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and compliance with DOT regulations. Work in a refrigerated cooler environment (approximately 34°F) requiring the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform extended driving periods. This part-time, as-needed role starts at 3:30 AM Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, based onsite at the Cranberry Township, PA facility. Quarterly safety incentive bonuses are available for eligible drivers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional driving experience operating commercial vehicles
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively use maps and GPS/navigation tools for route management
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented approach
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Onsite role based out of the Cranberry Township, PA distribution facility
- Part-time, as-needed schedule with variable hours based on business needs; flexibility required
- Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
- Start time is 3:30 AM until route completion
- Local travel required throughout Western PA, Northern WV, and into OH
