Job Summary
Complete efficient delivery and pickup routes by loading vehicles with scheduled palettes, delivering product to correct addresses with signatures, and verifying equipment and paperwork before and after shifts. Unload merchandise at designated accounts, perform merchandising, and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining basic mileage and delivery records. Use two-wheel dollies and pallet jacks as needed, adhere to all safety guidelines, and assist with general warehouse duties when the route concludes. This role requires a clean driving record, valid Arizona Class-A CDL, and the physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 35 pounds during a 10-12 hour workday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a clean driving record
- Possess a current, valid Arizona Class-A CDL
- Be able to physically handle a large quantity of cases each weighing as much as 35 lbs
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- at least one-month related experience or training
- Valid driver's license
- CDL Certification
- Medical Card
- Ability to drive safely
- Ability to execute delivery routes
- Ability to maintain basic logs and records
- Able to remain professional and courteous at all times
- Must be able to lift product, weighing as much as 35 pounds, repeatedly, during a 10-12 hour work period
- Frequently required to stand/walk
- Frequently required to sit
- Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
- Continually exposed to outside weather conditions
- Continually lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
