Job Summary
Deliver products to customers safely and efficiently using a company vehicle while following designated routes and time schedules. Load and unload the delivery vehicle, prepare orders by mixing and tinting products to customer specifications, and accurately identify and match paint colors. Assist customers over the phone and in the store with orders and questions, accurately process cash and credit card transactions, and maintain a high level of customer service. Collaborate with coworkers and managers to ensure a smooth workflow. This part-time role in Shawnee, KS, includes flexible scheduling from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and color-discrimination skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer skills
- Math skills
- Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors
- High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
- Must be available for store hours: 7:00 am -5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday
- Must be available for flexible scheduling
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position
