Job Summary
Verify order accuracy, fill cooler windows and back stock, rotate product, and ensure a great delivery experience by picking up all cardboard and trash. Safely unload orders with a hand truck, organize and refill displays, count inventory, and obtain customer signatures and payments. Maintain designated back stock areas, communicate with sales staff about opportunities or challenges, and perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections. Operate company equipment safely, keep the vehicle clean, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. Prioritize multiple competing priorities and perform other duties as assigned while maintaining a friendly, professional image in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be highly motivated and results oriented
- Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must be able to read and write English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Ability to move products weighing up to 165 lbs.
- Able to stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear
- Must have a valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be 18 yrs. or older to apply
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- High school graduate or GED required
