Job Summary
Delivery Driver for a non-CDL role operating a box truck on multiple routes with 10-20 daily deliveries; responsibilities include vehicle inspections, maintaining logs, safe on-time deliveries, lifting up to 80 pounds (team lifts for tires), assisting in loading/unloading, operating handheld device to confirm deliveries, and collecting payments from customers. Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30am with rotating half-day Saturdays; overtime may be required; benefits include healthcare, 401(k), paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1 year of professional driving experience (cube van, box truck or semi)
- valid driver’s license and good driving record
- DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds
- Ability to push up to 40 pounds
- Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) as needed
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test (not for THC)
- Ability to work OT as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
