Job Summary
Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements and follow set, scheduled routes for daily deliveries. Load and organize product inventory from the warehouse into your vehicle, unload products throughout the day, and deliver goods to specific client locations. Scan or write in confirmation of delivery upon arrival, collect signatures and payments, and check in with the warehouse on progress. Maintain and organize all delivery paperwork, report accidents or vehicle issues to supervisors, and always follow road rules and safety requirements for loading and unloading. Must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and pass a DOT physical. Weekly pay at $23/hour.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent certification
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record with no moving violations
- Must Pass a DOT physical
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
- Physically fit and strong, able to lift 25 pounds comfortably
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to: Converse with the general public; Understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language; Respond to official inquiries; and Make entries on reports and records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts
