Job Summary
Deliver product to specific locations on scheduled routes, ensuring timely arrivals and accurate confirmations with client signatures. Load and organize inventory from the warehouse into your box van, then unload products throughout the day while assisting with production floor tasks like sorting and packing. Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all road rules and safety requirements for loading and unloading. This role requires dependability, physical strength for lifting 30-50 pounds, and proficiency with hand trucks and forklifts. You will work a 10-hour day, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, reporting directly to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years, experience in a delivery driver position
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid and clean driver's license, required
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical
- Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, weekends when needed
- Ability to use tools and equipment, including knives
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years, experience working in a warehouse a plus
- Experience in food manufacturing; seafood or meat processing a plus
- Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts a plus
