Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Job Summary
Review daily order guides, stage dry products, and coordinate with the Pastry Department to prepare outgoing retail orders. Load the 16-foot box truck with verified deliveries, secure equipment, and perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks. Safely operate the truck for local routes while using pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory, verify load contents, and maintain FIFO storage methods. Keep the work environment clean and report maintenance needs promptly. Assist with facility cleaning, packaging duties, and production tasks as required. This hands-on role supports efficient product movement between our Tarpon Springs production facility and retail locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's license
- Acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- At least one year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, delivery, manufacturing, or related experience
- Preferred ability to drive manual transmission trucks
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Forklift and pallet jack experience
- Forklift Certification
- Maintenance and Handiwork experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to clearly and effectively interact with team members across all departments
- Flexible Availability
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Must be able to bend, squat, stoop, and reach repeatedly throughout the shift
- Adequate hearing
- Adequate vision (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus)
