Job Summary
Delivers customer orders safely within a service area by following planned routes and adhering to traffic laws. Loads and unloads inventory using powered and non-powered material handling equipment while maintaining routine vehicle inspections per DOT regulations. Reviews order manifests to ensure accuracy, prepares delivery records, and contacts customers to provide updates on delivery statuses or address order issues. Provides exceptional customer service during all interactions and reports escalated problems to management. Requires a valid driver's license with acceptable MVR status and experience operating a company or rental vehicle. Typically involves regular review of output by a supervisor and intermittent physical exertion including lifting heavy materials.
Required Qualifications

- HS Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience delivering merchandise to customers using a box truck or similar vehicle
- 1+ years of experience operating material handling equipment
- No more than 2 minor accidents in the past rolling 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past rolling 3 years
- Wholesale distribution experience
