Job Summary
Operate company delivery vans safely and in full compliance with all traffic regulations to deliver Forever Cheese products to customers throughout the New York and New Jersey metro area. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, load and secure temperature-sensitive goods, and obtain delivery confirmations while maintaining accurate records. Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding routes and delays, representing the company professionally at every customer location. This fully on-site role in Secaucus, NJ, requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and 2 years of delivery experience. Pay ranges from $22 to $28 per hour with overtime available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Clean and acceptable driving record (MVR required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law
- Working knowledge of safe driving practices and local delivery routes
- Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 95 lbs
- Ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle and load and unload product, including in refrigerated environments
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving or delivery experience preferred
