Job Summary
Operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in the Poulsbo Kitsap area, loading and unloading items while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Follow assigned routes for timely deliveries and pickups, adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and required documentation such as photographs. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries during interactions. Safely perform heavy lifting and moving tasks up to 150 pounds as required. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and pass a DOT physical and drug test. Work weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- able to work at lease work 1 weekend day
- Good health sufficient to pass a DOT physical
- pass a drug test which includes for marijuana as it is prophibited in this industry
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks up to 150 pounds as required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a courier role
- Experience driving commercial vehicles, including box trucks
