Job Summary
Assemble, prepare, and deliver catering orders to off-site locations using a company vehicle. Package food and other products while maintaining a clean delivery vehicle and notifying management of maintenance issues. Operate a motor vehicle safely, following all traffic laws and food safety procedures. Anticipate delivery problems and implement solutions while managing time to complete multiple duties. Maintain a neat appearance and represent the brand positively. Follow directions from Catering Sales Managers and Shift Leaders to complete performance objectives in accordance with Sterling policies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- Good MVR report
- good driving record for the last 3 years
- Must qualify on company insurance
- Must be a courteous driver who follows all traffic laws
- good time management skills
- ability to multi-task
- The ability to safely and courteously operate a motor vehicle
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting items and supplies weighing 50 pounds
- Work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment
