Job Summary
Delivery Driver at Misfits Market responsible for delivering customer boxes to correct addresses within the scheduled window, maintaining safety and a customer-focused service mindset. Responsibilities include verifying deliveries in the routing app, loading/unloading up to 50 lbs and up to 150 boxes per shift, navigating various weather conditions, and assisting with the Packaging Return Program. Requires 2 years of delivery experience, a valid Class C license with a clean record, and the ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. HS diploma or equivalent preferred; bilingual English/Spanish appreciated. Product focus includes groceries and items delivered through Misfits Market’s in-house transportation network.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid state driver’s license for at least 2 years
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of previous delivery driving experience
- Comfortable operating delivery van in all types of weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively
