Job Summary
Deliver and set up DME equipment and pharmaceuticals to home care customers within a prescribed geographical area; maintain HME and warehouse in a clean and organized manner. Responsibilities include fulfilling, staging, and QA'ing orders for delivery, labeling UPS shipments, assisting with warehouse activities, serving as a point of contact between departments for customer inquiries, determining best daily routes with Dispatch, loading/unloading equipment, providing patient education and proper use instructions, completing delivery/pickup paperwork, and upholding timeliness and courtesy in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED equivalent
- Be at least 21 years of age with an excellent driving record
- Experience with HME delivery is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills (a team player)
- Clean and neat in personal appearance
- Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Must pass the HPE (Human Performance Evaluation) test
