Job Summary
Stock shelves, displays, and coolers on assigned routes while ensuring all merchandising meets MBG Standards. Execute Customer Development Agreements and promotional calendars, maintain customer service expectations, and keep back room inventory neat. Operate company vehicles safely per DOT regulations, manage cash/checks per policy, and rotate products to minimize out-of-date stock. Maintain a Class A CDL license, lift 60-70 lbs regularly, and process change while adhering to company policies. Work Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, starting between 4:30 and 6:30 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL License and all appropriate endorsements
- Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis
- Good communication skills and ability to process change
- Ability to perform many tasks at the same time
- Understand basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures
- Ability to manage an inventory system
- Ability to comprehend policies & procedures
- Maintain acceptable driving record
- Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule
- 100 days of summer Monday-Friday
- Start time between 4:30 and 6:30 AM
