Job Summary
Deliver material to customer shops and job sites; perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections to comply with DOT regulations; maintain and operate delivery truck and forklift; load/unload and secure cargo; verify order accuracy; develop efficient delivery routes; communicate effectively with customers; report issues to Branch Manager; train in safe use of warehouse equipment; assist with warehouse duties including inventory and pulling orders; may perform duties varying by branch size; requires High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience or training
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Daily contact with customers
- Attendance on a regular basis is mandatory
