Job Summary
Deliver food orders promptly and enthusiastically while meeting or beating customer promise times. Manage time on the road and in the store to reduce wait times, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure order accuracy. Greet customers, take orders, prepare meals, and create a positive rapport across phones, the store, and homes. All drivers are cross-trained in store operations including answering phones, preparing food, and cleaning. Maintain a positive attitude under pressure in a fast-paced environment while following proper cash handling procedures and safety precautions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable vehicle/must possess and maintain valid driver's license/automobile insurance
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Good listening and oral communication skills
- May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
