Job Summary
Take phone orders, complete delivery orders, and deliver sandwiches to customers in the designated area in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. Accept payment from customers, reconcile cash with management at shift end, and make fast, accurate sandwiches while maintaining sanitation standards. Greet customers entering and exiting the restaurant, operate the cash register, and execute blow away greetings and farewells. Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy while complying with recipes, portion sizes, and the Jimmy John's Dress Code. Perform other related duties as required. This role involves afternoon and evening shifts with a pay range of $14–$15/hr.
Required Qualifications
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Current automobile insurance
- Clean driving record
- No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years
- No major violations in the past 5 years
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John's Dress Code
