Job Summary
Deliver and install whiteware products in customers' homes while acting as the final point of contact for service inquiries. Engage with clients to determine delivery methods, unpack items, perform installations, and dispose of old appliances and packaging. Maintain work areas to an excellent standard and ensure safety for yourself, others, and products during driving. This physically demanding, full-time role requires a clean New Zealand driver's license and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday for 40 hours weekly. You will receive full training and a mentor to guide you through the fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Can be on their feet for long periods of time
- Is physically fit and able
- Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
- Understands the customers' needs and can create a great experience for them
- Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience
- Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional
- Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving
- A Full, clean NZ Driver's License
