Job Summary
Execute all cannabis deliveries to dispensaries on time, communicating any delays to the Logistics Manager. Efficiently load and unload product, verify items against manifests, and maintain control over vehicle inventory. Safely transport a wide range of products while following all state laws, road rules, and compliance regulations. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as changing tires and checking fluids, keeping detailed logs and paperwork. Develop positive relationships with dispensaries and resolve delivery issues by communicating with order fulfillment and sales departments. Maintain focus while working in varying weather conditions and handling up to 50 pounds with extreme care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess valid state ID
- Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in in cannabis industry (requires background check and state review)
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
