Job Summary
Execute cannabis deliveries to dispensaries throughout the state, driving safe and efficient routes while maintaining vehicle inventory control and adhering to strict state regulations. Load and unload products, verify quantities against manifests, and ensure full compliance by completing necessary paperwork, driver logs, and rejection sheets. Communicate delays to the Logistics Manager, resolve delivery issues with sales and fulfillment teams, and develop positive relationships with dispensary staff. Maintain vehicles through routine tasks like tire changes and fluid checks, reporting any maintenance issues or non-conformances immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- Associate degree or certifications
- Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
- Hold and maintain a valid driver's license
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must possess valid state ID
- Must be able to obtain, and maintain, state badging requirements to work in in cannabis industry
- Must have a thorough understanding of all state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis
- Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous cannabis experience
- Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc.)
