Job Summary
Conduct last-mile pickups and deliveries of sensitive DoD or commercial cargo between Frankfurt International Airport and Mainz-Kastel, adhering to all local and international transportation regulations. Operate a manual transmission Toyo ACE 2 ton aluminum pan vehicle while maintaining cargo integrity and following pre-planned routes without deviation. Communicate with origin and destination customers regarding delivery updates and coordinate with global dispatch on progress or delays. Maintain accurate trip logs, inspect the vehicle for maintenance needs, and ensure all permits remain current. Must be a US citizen with a valid passport, hold a clean driver's license, and possess at least three years of transport driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- valid American passport with at least 3 months' time left
- no VISA exemptions within the last 6 months
- Ability to drive a manual transmission TOYO ACE 2 ton aluminum pan Wide-long (T4) or larger vehicles
- Valid driver's license for the country of operation
- clean driving record
- over 25 years of age
- physically fit for the role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport vehicle driving
- Strong knowledge of local roads, regulations, and customs related to cargo transportation
- Ability to adapt to various situations and make decisions on-the-go
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- No driving disqualifications with the last three (3) years
