Job Summary
Load, transport, and deliver orders from retail locations to customers safely and on time while adhering to assigned routes and transportation laws. Complete deliveries through training protocols, provide excellent guest service, and communicate client complaints to dispatch accurately. Maintain a clean, safe driving record and use required delivery applications effectively. When not delivering, support in-store operations including basic guest service, inventory, and store upkeep. This role requires a personal insured vehicle, valid driver's license, and weekend availability between 11am and 9pm. Earn 100% of tips and represent the brand professionally across all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Valid Driver's License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver's Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
- A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger
- Tech-Friendly
- Fluent in English
- Weekend availability
- Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Month minimum delivery or logistics experience
