Job Summary
Load, transport, and deliver orders from retail locations to customers safely and on time. Complete deliveries per training instructions while providing excellent guest service, answering questions, and accurately communicating client feedback to dispatch. Adhere to assigned routes and schedules, maintaining a clean, safe driving record and complying with all transportation laws. Utilize required delivery applications and represent the brand professionally during every interaction. When not delivering, support in-store operations including basic guest service, inventory, and store upkeep. Weekend availability is required for shifts running Monday through Sunday between 11am and 9pm.
Required Qualifications
- Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use)
- Valid Driver's License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
- Clean Driver's Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
- A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger
- Tech-Friendly
- Fluent in English
- Weekend availability
- Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm
- Provincial Cannabis Certification
- 3-year Drivers Abstract
- Criminal Record Check
- 6 Month minimum delivery or logistics experience
